Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking dedicated Inside Sales Representatives to join a leading company in San Diego. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in sales and wish to grow within a company that values hard work and offers an excellent commission structure.

Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Representative will play a critical role in meeting sales management's goals and objectives. This position involves acting as a product/sales consultant to both existing and potential customers, assessing their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Driving sales through outbound prospecting with warm leads.
• Conducting daily sales presentations and assessing customer account history and specific needs.
• Following department standards and best practices to complete sales calls and close sales.
• Accurately completing all necessary paperwork to process orders.
• Maintaining a high retention rate for sales.
• Providing support and training for accounts as needed.
• Documenting and utilizing key information in call tracking and management systems.
• Making 45-50 calls per day with an expected 2.5 hours of phone time.
• Working under the direction of the manager and department lead according to timelines, priorities, programs, and objectives.
• Retaining extensive knowledge of products, pricing, and policies.

Other Responsibilities

• Working independently with minimal supervision.
• Exhibiting excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrating a strong desire to succeed and earn money.

Qualifications

• Some college education preferred but not required.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably inside sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven working knowledge of computers.
• Confident, self-motivated, flexible, with strong sales skills.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, first shift.

Benefits

The role starts at $20.00 per hour, along with an excellent commission structure.
